CM Vijay Anti Drug Run: To raise public awareness against substance abuse, a massive anti-drug marathon was organized in Chennai under the leadership of Chief Minister Vijay.
Chennai: In a major initiative to create public awareness against substance abuse in Tamil Nadu, Chief Minister Vijay actively participated in a massive anti-drug awareness marathon held in Chennai.
CM Vijay Anti Drug Run: Organized under the banner “Start Run… Stop Drugs,” the grand awareness run took place on Chennai’s Kamarajar Salai. Chief Minister Vijay not only flagged off the marathon but also stepped onto the field to personally participate in the run.
This significant event witnessed the participation of several high-ranking government officials. Ministers Aadav Arjuna, N. Anand, Maria Wilson, Venkatraman, and the Chief Secretary of the Tamil Nadu government were present to support the initiative.
Alongside government representatives, various athletes, a large number of young people, and the general public enthusiastically ran alongside the Chief Minister during this awareness drive.
This awareness run serves as a crucial government initiative designed to protect society from the dangers of drug addiction and to intensely spread the anti-drug message across the state.
By stepping directly onto the streets and running with the youth, the Chief Minister has successfully delivered a strong and unified awareness message to the public regarding the critical social issue of drug eradication.
